Episode 1: The Introduction
Eleanor “El” Rivkin is a private information broker in New York City with a history of psychiatric problems. She makes a living buying and selling information for the City’s elite. Today, she is introduced to a mysterious man in a department store with a task that’s out of her usual scope.
Episode 2: The Tapes
Prizrak urges El to visit an old flame to piece together sabotaged evidence. Talia comes to terms with her role in her own wedding and the Chapman family. The voices in El’s head become more and more intense, sending her to a rabbi in the hopes of finding answers.
Episode 3: The Sisters
Talia calls El with a potential job. Prizrak and El follow an investigation trail Sahar left behind as El also discovers how to control her new powers.
Episode 4: The Tea
Prizrak turns to conspiracy boards online. El meets with another mysterious man who knows a lot more about her than she does about him. Talia must dazzle to be accepted in the Chapmans’ high society world.
Episode 5: The Senator
Sahar and El have their first conversation. A new job directs El’s attention to a state senator, and she must visit another ex to get information on him. Prizrak and El dig deeper into the inconsistencies of the Flatiron Fire. WARNING: This episode contains references to attempted suicide.
Episode 6: The Company
A new piece to the puzzle of the Flatiron Fire arrives in the form of a powerful real estate development company … with close connections to El. Talia agrees to help El with a sting operation. Prizrak connects El to a medium, and muses on the nature of curses.
Episode 7: The Honeypot
El is poised to catch the senator at a high-society dinner party, but the ever-persistent ghosts might interfere. Sahar and El fight about the nature of justice. Prizrak opens up. Talia’s future plans take an unexpected turn.
Episode 8: The Machine
Tendrils from the Flatiron Fire sprawl all the way to Albany, where El reconnects with an old acquaintance, hoping to get information about the Attorney General. Talia grapples with inner doubts as James’ political ambitions and the wedding loom closer. El’s voices grow more aggressive.
Episode 9: The Ghosts
El visits the site of the fire and tries to get answers from the ghosts still lingering there. Talia and El reminisce about the past. An aggressive new contact provides evidence that might break the case wide open. WARNING: This episode contains references to and descriptions of suicide.
Episode 10: The Wedding
El tries to stop Talia from marrying James, concerned he’s too close to the conspiracy. Mr. Orange returns and, again, is one step ahead of El, whose demons finally catch up with her. Prizrak goes their own way. And as James launches his campaign for state senate, the case begins to unravel.
